Shipping policy

At Burghley Bags, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and transparently as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all orders.
Please note: we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery estimates are based on recent order data and supplier information. Actual delivery times may vary due to product availability, supplier location, and courier performance.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Order Transit Time

  • Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
  • Some products may take longer depending on supplier location or item type.
  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided once your parcel has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £500.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us at

  • If you cannot find your confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
  • Do not accept delivery if the parcel appears damaged.
  • If your item is damaged or defective, please email clear photos to
    contact@burghleybags.co.uk within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.

Unexpected Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
