Exchanges and Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can choose to exchange it for an alternative item, or receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order (or 14 days for Clearance items).

To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be sent back to us with the original packaging.

If you're returning an item that is not faulty then you will need to pay for the return shipping and that will not be refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition.
